The first stage in designing a private label is learning about the customer’s needs. This process entails choosing the type of alcohol, alcohol volume, shape of the bottle and finally the bottle size and packaging design. The key decision the customer needs to make is to choose the brand design, later developed by the graphic designer. The final step is to decide the decoration and finish of the bottle.

Confectioning
Confectioning products is an extremely important element of the packaging process. Ten years of our production experience allows us to offer comprehensive solutions throughout the entire production cycle, the performance of which we can provide separately as well as in connection with the packaging and shipment of finished products.
The production of private labels for our clients consists of several stages:
specification
We start with creating initial specification of the vodka by working closely with the client and getting to know the needs. We assess the time and resources needed to complete the order.
formula
Having gathered necessary information, our technologists are ready to develop formula for the vodka. Parameters such as physicochemical, microbiological and sensory characteristics of the product are to be accurately determined at this stage. As a result, a sample drink is being created.
the taste
At this stage, together with our specialists we invite clients to verify sensory features of the product. The focus is centered primarily around the taste of alcohol and should the need arise, our specialists will make adjustments.
final product
The final product is a subject to a thorough assessment in terms of quality, which is verified by our specialists in HACCP system and approved by General Sanitary Inspector. Having received all the necessary quality certificates, we proceed with the production.
